The Way Sailing Was Meant

Jessica Anne is a classic two-masted ketch built for real sailing — intimate groups, graceful lines, and the kind of slow afternoon on the water that's harder to find every year.

Under Real Canvas

Trade winds · 8–15 knots

When the trades fill the sails, the boat heels and you feel the wind do the work. Engines off, canvas up, ocean ahead — the way sailing is supposed to feel.

An intimate group on deck — guests gathered, wind in their hair

Up to 20, Never 40

20 max · 8–15 ideal

We cap every trip at 20 guests, with a sweet spot of 8 to 15. Plenty of space, the crew knows your name by hour one, and there's always a comfortable spot at the rail or in the shade.

The Sound of the Sea

Five hours · No schedule

Wind in the rigging, water on the hull, conversation you can actually hear. Some afternoons you lose track of time — that's usually when the best ones start.

Slow down. Feel the wind do the work. Watch the Pacific turn gold. This is a kind of afternoon that's harder to find every year.

Meet Jessica Anne

A 44-foot classic ketch — two masts, nine portholes, teak decks, and the kind of graceful lines they don't build anymore. She sails Costa Rica's Gold Coast the old-fashioned way: under wind, not diesel.

She sails like a dream in light wind — quiet, steady, the kind of boat where time slows down and the ocean becomes the only thing that matters.— Captain Axel

Freshly Prepared.
Right On Deck.

Pineapple cut while you sail. Skewers grilled as the sun drops. Cocktails poured one wave at a time. Nothing here was prepared on land — that's the whole point.

The kitchen runs on the boat. That's not a feature — it's how we sail.

We sail because we love it. Every morning we read the wind, pick the best route, and put everything we have into your day on the water. This is not a production line — it's your trip, built around you.
“En el punto” — always on the spot.

Weather was not ideal but this crew pushed forward to make our day great. Their knowledge and experience pushed them to be better than the people out there with the million dollar boats. Very nice and accommodating crew.
